i started in the first week of Jan, and so far i've lost 17 lbs. which aint too bad.i had food poisoning once and YES, it does work! i lost 2 and a half stone and looked terribly thin.

well, it may sound quite good - but i've a bloody long way to go!
It's still a very good start - and 17lbs more than I've lost!

You're doing a bit too well on your diet wjp - slow down a little! 2 lbs per week is supposed to be the maximum you should lose if you want to keep it off.
(So says she who lost 2 stone last year very slowly and has still managed to put 9 lbs of it back on.....)
