The creme egg has been getting smaller over the years. It probably won't be long before it becomes a mini egg itself!

The filling is sweeter but not as smooth as years ago. It has a gritty texture.

I hate it when you get a hard creme egg. They should call them boiled eggs.

I've had some like that - I assume it's when they've been kept in the fridge somewhere along the line.

its usually if theyre a bit old and stale i think, when theyre dry inside the foil usually sticks to the egg because syrupy stuff has run out making the white stuff dry. maby its because there a lil gap in the shell some where? I hate when theyre like that.
