She is pregnant so she might have dreamt it.

She definately said it was a WHITE cream egg, we have told her to go and get some in the morning if she isnt feeling too bad.

I used to love those 'Le Dieux' eggs (or something like that). They were white choc with milk choc fondant stuff in the middle. I think!

Well, i am convinced this is a pregnancy related hallucination, although, she is going back to said shop on monday, and will purchase some if they are there or just be sheepish if they are not.
