I know this isn't actually NEW, but it's not old either.   I saw them for the first time in Sainsbury's yesterday.  I bought one 'for research purposes',

but 58p  for two fingers - are they having a laugh or what?

Things that are low carb are very pricey. A bit unfair for those who want to follow a low carb diet.

What a con! I don't believe in low carb diets anyway - they are just an excuse for food manufacturers and so-called 'dieticians' in cheapo magazines to make money.

A low fat diet is much more healthy. Complex carbs are essential for a healthy diet. It's fat that coats your arteries with plaque.
Old but spicey!

Does that mean if you eat loads of toothpaste your arteries will be fine?

Oldspice is right, it's hard to avoid fat altogether and the amount we do get is sufficient.  Complex carbohydrates are very important in a diet as they supply energy slowly over a period of time.  This is why a big bowl of porridge is the best breakfast to maintain a heathy weight cos you don't get the mid morning munchies.

Weight Watchers is a good plan to follow. They have recently brought out a new programme called switch.

What are the meetings like? Are the instructors all harridans like Majorie Dawes from Little Britain? 'That's why you're so fat, because you don't take it seriously...'

I am only short though golden cup so I dont carry the weight to well. And I need to stop eating all the biscuits from the tin in the office. So following something like weight watchers will make me less tempted.

No the leaders are great, they are very supportive. Don't think my mum could have lost as much weight as she did without them.
