YUK! Shopping for me tomorrow. Still better that than working.

And I pick my brother up from the station in the afternoon. So that will brighten an otherwise dull day.

Passed the shops today and they were so busy. Has anyone snapped up any bargains in the sales?

I'm going tomorrow. My sister and her boyfriend have braved the Bullring today, which is estimated to get over 200,000 visitors today.

I got some new towels from M&S. the hand towels were £3 each and the big, wrap-around towels were £9.

I also wanted to buy two bookcases but that is next to impossible in a town/city that does not even have a second-hand bookshop. We went to Uppingham to try and find an antique one but had no luck.

I've been trying to get on Debenhams website all day but no luck. Last year I got some nice wine glasses and bedding in their sale.

I got some wine glasses before Christmas. They were £12 a box, reduced from £45. I got some for my sister too.

I've been out on a long (very long, as we got lost!) country walk today. Tomorrow I'm going back to work but I'm hoping to brave some of the sales in my lunch break.
