On the old forum we used to get posts about Chelsea Whoppers all the time. They are chewy strips of chocolate stuff with a dusting of cocoa. I have never had them but they were very popular with genrations younger than me!
I think they are being made abroad somewhere and the distributors want to disguise that fact and cash in on the nostalgia factor.
Why don't you make your own festive wrapper for them with the words '******'s Chelsea Whoppers (using the receiver's name) in festive style? That would make it really personal and special.
