Heather Mills Causes Scene At Gatwick
« on: December 06, 2006, 12:26:34 pm »

The estranged wife of Sir Paul McCartney Heather Mills caused a stink at Gatwick airport last week.

Mills
was traveling from London to Brussels and had ordered a wheelchair to
take her to the plane; but was expecting to be given a lift on an
electric buggy.

However, when just a wheelchair turned up Mills
accused airport staff of ‘having it in for her’ and refused to get in
the wheelchair.

According to the Mirror, Mills said: “This is
vile! Why are you doing this to me? Don’t you know I have only one leg?
Why are you treating me like this?”

An airport source added: “Heather’s face fell when she saw the wheelchair.

“She
was mortified. She asked for an electric buggy but there was not one
available. Eventually after getting a few things off her chest, she
decided to walk to the plane.

“Heather was clearly worried about how she would look being pushed in a wheelchair. She was very jumpy.

“She
thought everyone had it in for her. She though she shouldn’t have been
put in such an embarrassing position. It created a bit of fuss which a
fair few people witnessed.”

A spokesperson for Mills has denied that there was any altercation at Gatwick…could Ms Mills be letting her mask slip?

Apparently she's begged the producers of Desperate Housewives for a part, as she's a big fan. I doubt she was ever much of a housewife, but she's certainly a bit different.
Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

If she ordered a wheelchair why was she so surprised when that's what she got? If she wanted an electric buggy she should have ordered one. And if she walked to the plane in the end anyway, how much did she need one?
Old but spicey!

It has been confirmed that Heather Mills will be taking part in "Dancing with the Stars" (the American version of "Strictly Come Dancing.")

It would be difficult to do all the steps with a false leg and surely she would be limited in terms of things such as pointing her toes?

I think it could go one of two ways. Either she will win because everyone will vote for her because they think she is brave and overcoming her disability by appearing ... or she will be first voted off because nobody will vote because they think she is sad and she can't do all the moves.
