No but there's a lovely big tree up in one of the squares in Leeds.

Asda have recalled some of their trees, the ones that come with lights already attached. Something to do with an electrical fault.

I moved from a real tree to a fibre optic one several years ago. It goes up the weekend before Christmas - around the 18th - 20th and comes down on New Years Day.

People round here already have windows full of lights and gardens full of giant-sized Disney characters dressed as Father Christmas. It's chronic.

I'm having a Christmas party about ten days before Xmas so I'll put it up just before then. I want a black one but mine is only two years old so it seems a waste to buy another.

Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

I have seen black, purple and pink trees this year. It's just not right.

Our shopping centre went for a 'minimilist' look this year with what I think are quite tasteful silver and purple stars and triangular trees. Many people are up in arms - demanding green and red tinsel and saying what a disgrace it all is. I think they need to get a life.

I prefer natural looking decorations like holly and so on.

I do too. What does everyone have on top of their trees? I have seen some cute santas and snowmen but I like the traditional angel.

An angel for me, or sometimes a star.  I won't put my tree up until late December (if then, the way things are going) but I've seen quite a few around in house windows already.

I hate angels as they always look tacky. Also it always reminds me of Bottom when Richie looks up the angels dress to see her knickers

You can say on top of my tree or atop my tree but not atop of my tree.
