No it numbs the pain and you can apply up to 8 times in 24 hours so if you remember to apply every few hours the pain stays away while the ulcer gets better.

That's what bonjella does isn't it?

My little boy just got a letter from Santa and he is really chuffed with it. Had a tear in my eye when i read it to him because of the look on his face.

I'm selling a car on eBay and someone from Sweden has bid on it. How on earth does he think he'll get it back there - or does he expect me to pop it in a jiffy bag and post it to him?

Have you cancelled the bid?

I emailed him and asked if he'd made a mistake and he says not - he wants to drive it across Europe! He won't win it anyway; it still has some way to go before it reaches the reserve.

What's funny about that? Many people drive cars across Europe.

Yes but surely it's easier to buy a car in your own country.

Yesterday at work one of my colleagues went out to buy the 'Five bars for £1' selection from our local cheapie shop and I ended up with the Lion Bar.  As the last one I had was fairly disgusting and they've had bad press on here, I didn't even bother to open it until today when I was getting desperate.  And guess what?  Delicious!

Yay!

I bought a slab of plum chocolate (not something you see every day!) from Home Bargains yesterday and it was a mere 29p!

But not as cheap. I have many friends who had their cars brought from overseas.

Was it nice? I must look out for that one.

I had fish and chips at a pub today and had to wait nearly 45 mins for it to arrive. When it did, there was a distinct lack of chips on the plate. One of my friends had to wait 1 hour and 10 mins for some bangers and mash to arrive! When we went to see what was going on, they said that they were "just making the gravy"
