Apparently now all their eggs are organic and free range and they use 100% beef, and so on.

Can this be?

I don't see why a company the size of McDOnald's cannot lead the way in offering the best possible ingredients. It's the least we should expect.

They use testicles and gristle.  I went to McDonalds a few months ago after years of not going just to see if they had improved. I had a Big Mac and it was truly awful.  How people can eat there on a regular basis is utterly beyond me.

From their website:

"We use 100% beef in our hamburgers, bought from farms accredited by
nationally recognised farm assurance schemes. We only use whole cuts of
forequarter and flank, with nothing added. They are great for taste and
flavour."
