I actually thought Cadbury's made it. To this day until I saw that advert I could of sworn they were made by Cadbury.

I think they were made by nestle that sucks there not coming back, the advert was cool bought back memories of the choclately goodness hmmm. Does anyone remember zero bars i am trying to get someone one for a christmas present and can only find US suppliers but I am in the UK

The clip further up this thread confirms they were made by Rowntree, now owned by Nestle.
