Just bought a bag of Chocolate peanuts. On the bottom it says, 'Warning, this product contains nuts'.
Now there's thing!
Don't they have to say that to cover themselves?
Talking of nuts....in the tin of Roses there is that little slip that tells you what the chocolates are. Well next the Praline one and the brazil nut toffee it has an asterix which means, may contain nuts. But there was no asterix next to the hazelnut in caramel or the hazelnut whirl!!!
I once bought a pack of M&S Chicken Pieces and on the pack was a sticker NOW WITH MORE CHICKEN
The manufacturers have to warn people due to the Food Safety (Chavs are stoopid) Regulations 2005.
Unfortunately they cannot read anything that isn't in txt, so the regs are kinda redundant.
