[Cape Fruiteezi is a pre-prepared 80g stick of pure fresh pineapple with a seven-day shelf life. Capespan says although pineapple sales are growing by 41% a year, consumers find it difficult to tell how ripe the fruit is and do not know how to prepare it. Capespan’s commercial director, Alistair Phillipson, said: “This is real innovation. Fruiteezi makes fresh, prepared pineapple truly accessible and convenient for the first time. I am confident it will receive an enthusiastic response from UK consumers.” ]

Why not open the packet, flush it down the toilet and be done with it?

Pinapple is superb. It can be messy and fiddly to prepare but it's well worth the trouble!

Do you think it would go well? I'm planning to have sultanas and raisins on my weetabix tomorrow.

I am not a fan of pineapple, it makes me queasy, I think it's the enzymes.
