They were on trial by Nestle to see if they sold well.

But they didn't.

How can they sell well if nobody sells them!! So often it takes forever for a new bar or product to reach the shops. Woolies are good for stocking new products but that means a trip to town. Once upon a time, local shops sold hundreds of brands and varieties. Suddenly, in the 80s, rationalisation took over and dozens of bars just disappeared.

We were left with a collection of boring variations and combinations of toffee, biscuit, nougat and wafer. How I long for a Mint Cracknell - something with flavour and texture.

Old but spicey!

i seen vice versas a couple of months ago in a tiny little shop in newcastle. i was shocked to find them, but very pleasantly surprised.  they tasted just as i remembered them from the Good Old Days (or at least from when i last had them, which when I was about 12, lol.)

which are better.... the white ones with milk chocolate inside, or the brown ones with white chocolate inside??? i really can't choose...

White choc. The milk choc tastes poor quality.

I always liked these. I used to save the brown ones til last as they had the white chocolate in it.
