To complement the Blanch Hunt thread I think norris deserves one too.

On arrival at Sarah and Jason's wedding yesterday, Norris complained that he did not like weddings, not even his own. He continued to grumble until it was announced that Jason had fled and jilted Sarah.

"Oh things are looking up now, I'm begining to enjoy myself" he announced.

Old but spicey!

My favourite Norris moment - when he was living with Les and Kirk and had bought one of those multi-chef machines from mail order:

'It was all going swimmingly until I blunted the blade on me butternut squash'.

Corrie claimed they filmed two endings but I'm not sure that's true. I've heard before that when soaps claim this it's a lie. And think about it - it's not just one extra scene, but the ongoing storylines. How would they find time to film a whole storyline that might not be used when they're making five episodes a week?

That's true. i must say, they kept you guessing right up to the last minute. However, I hate soap weddings because they're never straight forward and the marriages rarely last.

It would be nice to see just one wedding without a last minute disaster!

Another great Norris moment - when he'd developed a thing for Rula Romanoff (Honor Blackman):

Norris: She's a very classy lady, is Rula, and she's still working. So you can stop thinking 'has been' and start thinking 'old pro'.

Blanche: That's what I was thinking...

As it turned out it's a good job you did, as the video buggered up the recording!

Is it me or does Gail Platt get more hideous each episode? What HAS she done to her hair? And as Audrey quite rightly pointed out this week "Gail love, you're turning into Ivy."

Those bizarre flicks that have appeared in her hair are really quite worrying.

She's no advert for the family business that's for sure. Flick ups went out with Apple records.
