My next order of business it to overhaul the council run bus service in peterbourgh,

in doing this I can save the council money enhace service for more passengers, and provide a better service

while at the same tiem add another to my lost of area I have overhaulded!

New just introduce lincoln town service!

The bus service in Peterborough is not council run. The main provider is Stagecoach and I believe they get some subsidies from the council especially to run the Local Link service. Other providers generally come from outside the city and bring people in from places like Stamford, which is in Lincolnshire.

Generally, the local bus service from my home to town, three miles away, it very good during the day with LoLine buses of good frequency. At night the service is poor and takes a different route to town which takes 45 minutes! I generally walk to town and get a bus home.

theses are the service I planning to overhaul, local links,
if possible get the Citi1, citi3 up to every 30mins on evening, So look out for it in 2008!

wil if yuo get cheap council tax casue I'm trying to save money!
