These are American or canadian. That is the North American spelling of humor/humour and center/centre

They are definitely American - you can tell not just by the spelling, but because they have made such an effort to point out it 's artificially flavoured (different rules in the US). The Good Humor logo looks identical to the Walls logo so they may be a subsiduary/
