I'd forget the tent and check into luxury.

I am staying one night in a spa hotel but that is costing 8 times as much as the campsite.  I am going to look online where the nearest supermarket is to where I'm staying, I don't know how I will manage without a fridge!

Why not stay at the spa for the other nights too?

Camping is more fun. Back to nature and all that!

If I had the money I would Phyllis, although I am coming round to the idea of bonding with nature.  The only trouble is my husband is going all Bruce Parry and mocking my discovery that there is a sainsbury superstore only half a mile away and so we can get fresh food everyday rather than eat crap from a can.  I think the main reason he wants to go is so he can eat stuff we would never normally buy like all day breakfasts in a tin!

If you send the address of the campsite, I'll post you a nice hamper.

I  am curious about that, not chocolate in this heat.  As its Phyllis I'm guessing lashings of Ginger Beer.  I am not a big fan myself but my husband is a big Famous Five fan.

The hamper would contain an ice pack, champagne (Pol Roger or Krug), a bottle of Vermeer Dutch Chocolate Cream Liqueur, a bar of Green & Blacks, smoked salmon and much much more.  Ginger beer would be substituted for Ginger Ale as I much prefrer this.

Phyliss probably has a shortcut key to it!
