Who is an 'early to bed, early to rise' type, and who prefers to stay up late?

I'm definitely a night owl. Maybe I never grew out of the childhood idea that being allowed to stay up late is a treat. Obviously at the moment I don't have to get up for work, but even when I am working it's very rare for me to go to bed before midnight.

Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

Every night I plan to go to bed early and read then I get caught up doing stuff and usually go to bed between 1 and 2am. I get up each morning between 7 and 8 and wish I'd gone to bed early with that book. I'm too warm tonight and have had all the windows open but now the moths are coming in and my cat is having a good feed on them.haha.

I have to rise quite early for my job (I'm always in the office by 8am) and, like many women, I do a full time job at work and at home so I am ready for bed at 9pm but I usually sit up and watch TV or read.

Some nights I work until 9pm (that means a 13+ hour day at work) and I cannot go to bed as soon as I get home because I need time to 'wind down'.

Luckily, I live three quarters of a mile from my work place (a fifteen minute walk at most) so i can get there and back quickly.

I have never been a night owl so this lifestyle suits me well. Although i go to bed early, I have been a life-long insommniac who finds it difficult to sleep.

Old but spicey!

I am definitely an early morning person. On work days I am awake by 5:45am and out of the house by 7am. I get all my best work done in the morning, even at home when I have chores to do I get up early and get them done so the rest of the day is free. Usually I go to sleep around 10:30pm.

I prefer going to be late although i tend to force myself to go to bed
early during the week otherwise i feel like hell since i haveto be at
work at 8:30. I love night time though and would prefer to be awake at
night and sleep through the day. So yes... I'm a night owl

I hardly ever go to bed before 1 am despite good intentions.  I get up at 7.  And you didn't really need to ask this Smurfy, we all know the only ones of us who are on here in the small hours! goldencup38877.5499189815
