I like the choc-mint ready made milkshakes, but that Black cherry milk
shake concentrate sounds heavenly, think i must try it out some
time.

Ooh - here's a great tip

www.lowcarbmegastore.com sell sugar free syrups in loads of yummy flavours (B52, toasted marshmallow, macadamia nut to name but a few)

They are really versatile, but really lovely added to milk or porridge. The bottles are wine bottle size, and a little goes a long way, so they're not too expensive.
