I don't suffer with it myself but my mother does, and she had it really bad last week.

Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

I used to get it quite bad, but it just stopped a couple of years ago.  Apparently you can acquire and unacquire allergies for no reason.

I have heard that if you eat honey from a local farm it can help. Something about you eating the local pollen.

That's a sort of homeopathic remedy. Might well work.

Go to one of these homeopathic remedy shops. I got tablets from them and they worked a treat. Better than any over the counter remedies from the chemist or prescribed drugs from the Doc. Also you can take as many as you like!

Local honey has to be taken at the start of April - a spoon a day. It does work, really well in my opinion.

I've never heard of that but it seems to make sense to me.

Hello sweeties!

Yep, It's not great for us hayfever sufferers at the moment. I apologise for
my absence for the past few months, I've been spending more time with my
kids and piling on the pounds eating as many sweets as I can - all in the
name of research!

I agree, although last couple of days have been better (perhaps mostly cost it's been so wet). I guess it's because the winter was so long the plants all went mental when the weather finally got warmer and damper

I'll just keep taking the tablets and see how it goes.
