We may have done this before but - which one gets your vote?

Mine goes to Corrie for its humour.

Old but spicey!

Yes definitely Corrie. Jack and Vera , Kirk, Norris ,Cilla and Les all add humour but Eastenders is so depressing and with the return of the Mitchells it's all getting silly.

Corrie without a doubt. I think Corrie has always been my number one, but in the past it's always been very close, whereas now there's no contest. Eastenders has never really recovered from the very bad patch it went through about two or three years back. The worst thing is when they feel the need to do a gangster storyline every few months.

What about Emmerdale. That can be quite funny too.

I like Emmerdale. It has been a bit silly this week though, with all the drama over 'will Katie's horse live?' She only bought it about a week ago!

I hate both, but if I had to choose I would say Corrie. Even though I never watch it.

That will be a bit strange for her as she'll be working with her ex-husband! Mind you, George and Alana Hamilton managed it...

Indeed. From the BBC website:

From August, the 69-year-old will play Aunty Caroline, who arrives to help her niece Honey Edwards prepare to marry Billy Mitchell.

Honey's father in the long-running show is played by actor Nicky Henson, who was married to Stubbs for six years.

The couple have two sons and divorced in 1975, but have stayed friends.
