My mum got a recipe from Delia of how to make perfect roast potatoes. Crispy on outside fluffy inside. Theyre gorgeous.

A lot depends on what the potatoes are like in the first place - even the same type can vary from week to week.

I could not have chips with curry like some poeple do. I could not have mash with curry though either! I like mash and jacket potato and I like chips but I don't eat that many.

Egg and chips is fantastic. Pie and mash is lovely but leave out the peas please. Jacket potato with a big dollop of home-made chilli con carne is nice. ]

Best of all I love new potatoes, boiled in their skins with a crsipy salad and a nice bit of fish. Bliss

Old but spicey!

I think I could have chips and chicken korma, told the salt and vinegar though!

Jacket potatoe are bliss when you cook then, scrap out the potato, blend with cheese and then cook until golden on top.
