Has anyone seen that programme that BB's Chantelle does ? She has a girl looking for love and goes on the street to find 3 males as possible dates for her. Last night she took the 3 males into a room and showed them a pic of the girl and none of them wanted to date her , so then Chantelle has to get her a makeover to make her look more attractive and still the 3 males didn't look too keen.lol Really stupid programme but my excuse is I was watching tv in bed and couldn't be bothered to reach for the remote and turn it off.

So basically it's just Streetmate without Davina McCall?

This sounds like a horrible programme. Whatever happended to meeting someone at work or at a party or at school and just clicking? Does it always have to be about looks? What about intelligence and personality? What about when looks fade or you get a disease or have an accident that affects your looks?

As Shkaespeare said (or something similar) Love is not love that alters when alteration it finds.

Quasimodo: Doctor! Help me please!?

Doc: What's wrong? Have you got the hump about something?

Please try not to take offence, my humour is just around 42.7 degrees off normal.

No, no, no - when I say "I wish you hadn't said that Black Knight" you are supposed to say "I did, oldspice, I did."

Whether you believe in the notion of traditional romance or not, I still think the programme sounds like a load of old bollocks. And how sitting indoors for a fortnight qualifies you to be a TV presenter is beyond me.

Yes it is like a cross between Streetmate and What not to Wear.

i don't know whether I am becoming a massive snob or television is getting massively low-brow but whatever the answer, I'm doing a lot of reading lately.

If I went on Streetmate I would hope to find some dashingly handsome person like that Paulham bloke. Who would you all want to find?
