What exactly is wrong with Cadbury's product range? Serious question, I'm not being sarcastic. Okay, so you don't like the 'CDM with' banner - it's just a money making strategy. Would it really be any different if they called the products by different names?

Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

Names, no.

I miss the diversity of the bars in terms of shape and texture. That to me is part of the enjoyment of chocolate products.

Some bars come in blocks, some are oval-creme eggs, some are triangular-Toblerone, some are counters-Minstrels, Smarties and some are bars like Mars, Wispa et al.

They do say the world would be a boring place if we were all the same (though there would probably no wars). I think Cadbury have went too far in the strategy in their aim to have the best selling bar.

I go for taste and texture. I used to love Aero because it tasted creamy abd bubbly and the texture was unique. Now it's sweet, sickly gloop. I used to love Toffee Crisp. It was chewy and gluey and tasty with lovely chocolate. Now it is rubbish. I used to love Lion Bars. Now they are awful. Yorkie bars are blocks of sweet cooking chocolate. No amount of KitKat varieties will make up for what we have lost.

CDM is capitalising on a popular brand but it is not destroying the original flavour and texture in the persuit of exposure and more profit.

Old but spicey!

I think the 'Have you felt the bubbles melt?' advertising campaign sums up everything that is wrong with Aero. It actually encourages you to just let the chocolate dissolve on your tongue rather than chewing it - and thereby realising it tastes pretty damn naff!

I have recently become an epicure of fine chocolate.  The main problem with CDM et al is the vegetable oil and low quantity of cocoa solids.  If it's sold as chocolate it should BE chocolate.

Epicure is a bit of a strong word to use.

This revelation has been a long time coming to you Bounty. It has been this way for the last 20 years.

Why do you think Euroland calls our chocolate "Family Milk Chocolate"?

I tried these the other night and they are gorgeous. They don't taste of wine a such, it more of a creamy taste. Really nice though and they are pink

In Japan, we can buy a lot of fravor of Kit Kat. and now, my favorite fravor is FRUIT PARFAIT. Soooooooooooo delicious!!

You can buy these from this web site.

Can I assume it's the wrapper that's pink, not the bar itself?

So why did they get rid of Wispa? And let an inferior chocolate bar such as Aero be the best selling (and only) bar with bubbles in.

I hate to be picky, but doesn't Bubbly have bubbles in it (hence the name)?

If you think CDM bubbles is half the bar that a Wispa was then you aren't the chocolate bar lover I thought you were.

I didn't say it was the same thing, just that they both had bubbles!

Actually I loved the old Aero that had larger bubbles. Sometimes less is more!
