the Sinclair C5.

an embarrassment of the already embarrassing 1980's, or a missed oppertunity we should all be regretting?

The C5 looked very unsafe, I an not surprised it didn't catch on.

As for Sinclair's other inventions, I had a ZX81; it switched itself off when the fridge buzzed and I had to balance a glass of water on the top of it to stop it from overheating!

My Spectrum + was cool though.

a few snobs bought one here n there for their estates etc.... but they were never cleared for road use (unsurprisingly.) so there must be a few knocking about somewhere - i'll try ebay.

When walking home from work this evening I was nearly mown down by an idiot riding a mini-motor-bike ON THE PAVEMENT. He was actually going faster than the cars on the road and rode aggresively towards me laughing his stupid head off. i hope he falls off of it very soon and does himself some serious mischief.
Old but spicey!
