BBC or ITV? Channel 4 or Radio 4? I don't like TV news but listen to Radio 4

The channel 5 news at 7pm is excellent. I mostly listen to Five live and radio 4.

I tend to watch BBC news rather than ITV. I think it's been dumbed down, like the rest of the channel.

BBC for online news, 4 or Sky for actually watching it (although I very rarely do).
