Does anyone know any ways to get rid of phlegm? I had a cold a few months back and am still coughing up phlegm. It's horrible. But it never seems to go away.

Go to an alternative health shop, Holland and Barrett for example. They sell some tablets which get rid of it.

Also avoid dairy products for a while as they make it worse.

Lemoneye, why do you continually criticise the spelling in 623's posts when you know he is dyslexic - but have a go at me for pointing out errors in your girlfriend's posts?

623 does not display similar symptoms of dyslexia to those of genuine sufferers that i KNOW.

PS - I don't care what you think.

So now you're saying 623 is faking it? Well come on, let's hear your theory...

I do not remember saying that...

Plus I do not care to share my theories. I simply do not care at all.

This forum was supposed to be fun and indeed it used to be. What gets said here is of little consequence to me.

Well I AM qualified to assess dyslexia and I can tell you that 623 has classic and quite servere dyslexia. If you are interested I could even tell whether his problems are predominantly audio or visual in origin.
Old but spicey!

P.S. STILL no explanation of why it's okay to criticise one person's spelling and not another.

Then perhaps YOU will offer one?

I have NEVER critised anyones spelling, unlike yourself. Often, i do not understand what 623 says because the words typed are so far removed from the real spelling.

Your spelling snobbery is merely pedantic.
