Does anyone remember it?

Very similar to what is now Blue Riband.

They were both a wafer type biscuit weren't they?

I seem to remember having them in my school lunchbox... Didn't think you could still get them.

How about "Bandit"?

Jeez, I remember being disappointed if I got a Taxi instead of a Breakaway or Club.

Taxi always seemed so unsubstantial, a bit like the Blue Riband.

What was the Bandit like again?

I was the same

And as for the Club ... well, it all depends on which flavour. Some were ranked much higher than others!

The 'Doublechoc' Club was delicious but elusive.

I was never over keen on the Fruit one - it made the biscuit go a bit soft. Did anyone else find this?

I dunk or avoid most crunchy chocolate things, so probably not the best person to ask!

Yes tea, or even pure orange juice or hot chocolate!

Yes pure orange juice (I mean the stuff from a carton not an actual squeezed orange) soaks well into the biscuit of a fruit Club. Or a digestive, for that matter.
