Does anyone remember these chocolate bars? They came in a purple
wrapper. They were bloody gorgeous and I want to know if they are still
available somewhere in the world!

it definitely rings a bell...and the name has
connotations of "lushness"!  What were they like?

I haven't seen one in the UK for years, but as they were made by Milka they could well be still available on the continent. Why not do a search for Milka's website?

Where were they sold? If it was in cheap shops then they are an import
and you probably won't see them again. I actually have some Milka hot
chocolate that was really cheap in a cheap shop but it's just like
cocoa powder mixed with sugar.

No, they were an official UK release, they even used to be advertised on TV. Probably ten years ago now though. If I remember rightly they were like a cross between Guilyan and a Cadbury's Marble.

It's a shame they didn't release more Milka products in the UK. "Kuhflecken" is really delicious, it's like milk chocolate with white chocolate spots all over it, and is meant to look like a cows spots.

I had a gorgeous Milka Bar with biscuit and creme in it that my parents brought me back from Spain - buy one if you get the chance!

Ooh yes I've had those ones, they're one of the best. I think in
Germany Milka is like the equivalent of our very own Cadbury's, it's
everywhere.

You'd like it here Chocolate Chick - Milka is everywhere in Rome! I've never seen so many Milka variations. The biscuit one's quite nice.

They also have an aero-type Milka bar, about 50g, beginning with 'L'...something. The name escapes me, but its is lovely!!

...forgot to mention, tried Milka chocolate ice-cream the other day. Very, very nice.

They have Mars gelato too, but I haven't tried that one yet.
