The appeal of mint Aero?
« on: November 17, 2004, 07:55:18 pm »
Why does mint Aero seem to be so popular? I have wondered this a while
now so decided to get one myself (ages since I last had one) and see
what is so good about it. And I found that it isnt really that
good  at all.

No offence to those who like it, but what exactly is its appeal?

But it's that odd fake chocolate stuff that's overly sweet.

Mintyness

....it's a bit of a refreshing change from the normal chocolate aero.

It's unusual - most minty chocolate is either fondant or cream, or truffle for the posh bars. I prefer the mint to the orange; the orange tastes a bit like scented soap.

Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

Thats a good point. Its mint chocolate as opposed to the mint fondent/cream like you mentioned.

I agree.

In a strange way, the mint bit also kinda tastes like chocolate to me. It gives me that same, bind boggling pleasure, you know, like rose chocolate. Rose chocolate is pink, and doesn't really taste like chocolate, but has the same quality.

The orange one is far superior, but no shops sell it.
