Most weight watchers food has artificial sweeteners

Well I haven't had any side affects yet.

I tend to do a lot of cooking at home, but I do eat a lot of yogurt.

Although I do consume many things with artifical sweetners in, not always intentially, as it's often hidden in things, I must say I do quetion that something tht synthetic can really be good for you. I know some sweetners are banned in some countries.

In honesty I think there is all sorts of things in our food that probably shouldn't be there. I guess the only way to be sure is to stick to all orgainic fresh produce. But this is sometimes a costly option

I do agree with you there!

Since I have joined WW I have been doing a lot of home made meals and they are far more tastier than what I buy in the shops and I feel better for it inside. Iwas very prone to tummy aches last year but they have since stopped.
