 Cheese  Cheese I like cheese.My faves at the moment are stilton with cranberries and roulle with garlic and herbs. Also partial to a bit of Edam.

Crackerbarrel has always been my fave. I love strong chedder. Im not into all the fancy soft french rubbish with maggots in.

I only eat cheese that is cooked in sauce and only if it's cheddar. I can just about manange Mozzarella on Pizza but never eat raw cheese.

I like edam cut really thinly. I actually use a vegetable peeler to get it thin enough.
