The poor woman is 80 in a couple of months. Doesn't she deserve a bit of a break? I bet sometimes she thinks 'sod it, I don't want to be shown around a biscuit factory - I want to watch Countdown and have a nap'?

Actually, although I'm not a great Royal fan, I think Charles will make the best King we could hope for. He's environmentally aware, sensitive, diplomatic and hardly an airhead.

I agree with Smurfy. It's criminal that the Queen has to go on working as hard as she does at 80 years old. Her poor old mother was still at it when she was 98! Give the old girl a rest.
