OK, this is from the 'Kellogg's Sunshine Cookery' book, circa 1968! (Interestingly Coco Pops were called Coco Krispies back then and there were cereals called Bran Buds, Sugar Smacks and Puffa Puffa Rice!Anyway, the nearest thing I can find is 'Happies'.1/2 cup brown sugar, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, 3 cups Corn Flakes.Combine sugar and honey in large saucepan. Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved and mixture bubbles. Add butter/marg and stir until dissolved, then add Corn Flaes, stirring until well coated with syrup. Put into paper cases and leave to cool. Makes about 14.

I followed this recipe all the way up until the adding of corn flaes.ha
I remember Puffa Puffa Rice. I did not like them though.
My auntie always put hot milk on my cornflakes. In fact she put hot milk on all our cereals. It works great on Weetabix or Shreaded Wheat.
