If you cook your potatoes in the microwave, you kust have to finish them off in a very hot oven to crisp tthe skins.

Is it just my local hot potato man, or does everyone get enough butter to cause a coronary when they go to the hot spud shop? Even when I ask for just a bit of butter I get half a packet.
