I like Red Leicester cheese the best. Edam, Applewood and Double Gloucester are also very nice. I am not a big fan of strong cheddar.

I don't know the answer to your question but I have heard you should wrap it in tin foil.

My mom got me these cheese slices at Christmas from Marks called Harvarti. They're very mild and absolutely yum.


I'm with you Oldspice, cheese is much better cooked.
