Baby smurfs are indeed just called baby smurfs, but a child smurf is called a smurfling, so you're both right in a way.

I thought maybe she was of mixed race. I say 'she' because of the pink outfit - I guess being blue-skinned the 'pink for a girl, blue for a boy' idea may not apply...
