Are there Taco Bell’s in the UK?

All of a sudden we have 3 Subways. They are OK but I don't think they are brilliant value.

Did you hear about the bloke who lost a lot of weight on a diet where he ate a lot of Subway sandwiches (the under 5% fat ones)? He did very well!

One guy, Jared Fogel lost 245 lb eating nothing but fast food. Another guy, Fred DeLuca lost 17.5 stones ... he's the guy on the Subway website.

There are several women who have done the same.

It depends on what you class as junk food. I think they walked as well.

Isn't the 'under 5% fat' the same idea as the main slimming clubs?

I am not sure. With WW its anything as long as you are within your points.

Perhaps I am thinking of Rosemary Connely's plan. There is definitely one of the big name slimming places that is under 5% fat only. It was on TV ... one woman on that plan found diet chocolate mousse which was under 5% fat and she ate loads of them rather than eating proper meals

It could be Rosemary Connely, I think I rememer reading it on the back of one of her videos. She isn't following a balanced diet though.

I can recommend the Claire Sweeny DVD. I ache!

I think it is Rosemary Conley.  It all depends what you eat normally - I'm quite sure I wouldn't lose weight by living on sandwiches, however low their fat content.

Re Weight Watchers, I think the points system is good but a friend of mine uses her entire points quota in vodka then lives on vegetables (no points) for the rest of the week.  I don't think that's quite the idea!

No that is not quite how it works. I think it's a good plan to follow, nothing is banned but teaches everything in moderation. It's working for me so far.

Let me know if you would like any info goldencup.

Apparently the most popular workout video is Charlie Brooks' (Janine of Eastenders fame)!
Who needs karma when you know you're great already?
