Chicken or turkey with a mustard "glaze" is nice. I normally just rub in mustard powder into the skin, and make a mustard stock to baste with. Mmmmm...
Not cooking Xmas day which will be nice, but have to Boxing day. Nothing so lavish as Minty of course - trying to keep little Jessie out of the kitchen will be hard enough! I'll have to bribe her with a few sweeties! I think i'll do turkey, potatoes and two veg - not sure which yet... Only cooking for 5 so should be a doddle!
