Got sent a tin of Quality Street from my mum today so opened it
(couldnt wait) to find that the chocolates were in 2 seperate plastic
pouch things, and they had mini wrapped Yorkie bars in! I'm furious.

It must be some sort of error cos it doesnt say on the tin "and now
with Yorkie bars!" or anything. I'm very annoyed with Nestle,
especially as there was a distinct lack of purple ones in the tin

Thanks Oldspice, I'll make a note of that. I need to check this before I buy my gf any as she loves the purple ones. Personally I prefer the green ones, but that's me.

Note to self: Don't buy any big tins of QS before checking for Yorkies.

I made the mistake of opening my various boxes of chocolates and putting them all in one tub...the blues ones have nearly all gone

Nestle have emailed me and said they intended to put the Yorkie bars in
as they were tesing out putting milk chocolate blocks in Quality
Street. There was meant to be a leaflet in the tin they say.

Hmmm sounds like they're trying to cover their backs to me. They gave me a cheque for £3

They should state on the tin that Yorkie bars are included. After all, if you pay for Quality Street, that's what you expect to get, regardless of the fact that Yorkie is also made by Nestle. They have probably broken the Trades Description Act and possibly the Sale of Goods Act
