Bought my other half a bar of Spanish drinking chocolate. You take 40g of it break it into small pieces and warm through in milk till it becomes thick and creamy. This is how I imagined drinking chocolate when I first heard of it.

It is very tasty.

Twinings do a good hot chocolate, in flakes, comes in a tin.

If you have a Carluccio's cafe near you they do hot chocolate italian style- not a great surprise really!

Apparently if you melt the Gu pots and stir into warm milk it makes a good hot choc.
