I have noticed this twice this week walking home from my girlfriend's house.  Why do people wear baseball caps inside their houses?

My favourite is when you see chavs with their hoods up and a baseball cap over the top. I hate both items of clothing, but I could understand wearing one or the other - but both at once?

Many, many of our young, male students wear baseball caps in college. In the classroom (sorry - the teaching and learning envrionment as we are forced to call it) they are permitted to wear them unless they are taking part in assessments, discussions, presentations etc. Hoods over baseball caps are banned.

Some students, particularly black students, wear a kind of curtain hanging down from their cap at the back. It look peculiar but better than a hood.

However, maybe these people are taking their cue from a higher influence. When the Queen appears on the balcony of her own London residence, she wears gloves, hat and carries a handbag!!

Old but spicey!

Apparently her advisers have suggested she go for a more casual look. This year she's doing her Christmas speech in leggings and a sweatshirt with her hair in rollers.

I wear a baseball cap when I'm driving home as it keeps the sun out of my eyes. I'm sure people make judgements about my driving based upon the fact I wear a cap in the car. But what does that say about the people making judgements based upon headgear?

Its about social groupings etc. If i wear a Spurs shirt, you'll assume i am a Spurs fan. In this case you would be correct, but that would not always be the case...

It annoyed me that the boy wearing the Jesus is a c*nt t shirt got into trouble. Perhaps he should have sttod outside a mosque encouraging people to kill non muslims. Cos that is ok, isn't it??

I would find this offensive.  I also found offensive a T-shirt that said, 'Dead girls don't say no' and the guy had to cover it up.

Why not have T-shirts that say 'Paedophiles are lovely people' and be done with it.

Lemoneye, some things just are offensive - get real man.

If my t-shirt said "BH is a c*nt" then i would say fair play.

Why are you offended? Why get involved? Why not just mind your own business and let people wear what they want? How did any t - shirt REALLY offend you?

However, the boy purchased that shirt from a shop as part of official merchandise of his favourite band. I see nothing wrong with it.

"Get real man?"  Would you care to elaborate on that comment?
