Soup

I am so angry with Morrisons - halfway through eating my 'onion' soup, I happened to glance up at the carton and spot the ingredients included chicken fat, chicken stock and beef bouillon!

Is it really too much to expect a vegetable soup to be vegetarian? Should I complain?

Yes.

Have you tried Baxters vegetarian parsnip or carrot and butter bean soup? I have some in my cupboard.

I like the prices but I'm not sure the veg is fresh sometimes.

Minty - the soup didn't have a 'V' on it, so in that sense they could say I should have checked properly, but I'm hoping if I make enough fuss I met get some vouchers!

Yes you should complain that their onion soup contains all those animal products. But Smurfy you should read the ingredients before buying - do not assume anything!
