Lou, get your mum to make the coconut ice a bit softer than usual - she will need to add a bit more condensed milk and the stir in the cherries cos you don't want the bar to be too solid. Another ideas would be to add the cherries, roll the mixture into balls and then coat them in chocolate. Cabana bites!
Old but spicey!

I feel it's about time I confessed - I've never had a
Cabana, I don't remember them at all. I'm hanging
my head in shame.

Goldencup - I agree with you -     . I'm 37, but
I'm told I look around 26-28, which is nice. I've got
severe toothache at the moment so I probably look
about 157 years old. I'm absolutely terrified of
dentists, I'm hoping and praying the pain will stop
soon (with the help of red wine and pain killers).

If there's something wrong with your tooth then the pain will come back. Always best to see a dentist sooner than later. It can be the difference between having a filling or having a tooth pulled. I took my friend last week and she was given a mild sedative before her filling as she was so scared. Now she says she has no worries about going again.

Anyway lou if if it works, please post up the recipe We could start our own business to rival Cadbury or something That'd show them.

I had to be sedated to have an implant last year. I am not overly
scared of the dentist but he was telling me all about it before I had
the operation and it put me right off. The only answer was sedation.
I'm glad it's all over with now and it looks just like a perfectly
normal tooth.
