but where are they all? last years summer hols this place (well, the old place) was overrun with 13 year olds speaking like Ali G. where have they all got this this year?

Well I'd been tinkering with the idea and some pages for a while, but the first actual bars went into the database in May 1999 and the first sign-up/login pages appeared in October 1999.

We could have a bring your own chocolate bar party and chocadmin could
provide the tea, coffee, milk, water, hot chocolate or whichever drink
you prefer to eat your chocolate with.
