I'm hoping one of you two good ladies can help me out.

I'm trying to trace a series of books called 'someone or other's misleading stories or misleading tales.' Do you know what the proper title is and the author?

Sorry Bounty, can't help you at all. Sounds like something Goethe may have written but is probably much later than that. Goldencup may have more idea as she works as a Library Manager.
