Know your class from your breakfast

I always have yoghurt, but all that says about my lifestyle is that I don't get up early enough to cook a breakfast.
Who needs karma when you know you're great already?

From your choices I think you may have a sweet tooth.

I do have a sweet tooth lou and I find these choices are good at
keeping it at bay. Mullerlight yogurts are only 1.5 points on the weigh
watchers points system.

I have also read that people who eat a yogurt everyday live longer

Pot Noodle is E/F. lower working class.

I went out last night and had carrot and coriander soup followed by salmon fish cakes with chips and salad rounded off with sticky toffee pudding and custard.  My girlfriend had the same except for Swordfish steak and potatoes and vegetables as main.  A nice posh meal.

Not so, chips are posh nowadays if you have them with things like salmon fishcakes.  They're only common with meat pies or battered cod.
