Oh yes, definitely.  I've seen them in that zoo but would love to see them in the wild in Galapagos, they're amazing creatures.  But then so are turtles!

I know two people with tortoises and both of them say that their tortoises escape in the summer and wander off!

yup, they can move quite quick.


My dad had one and he drilled a hole in its shell and put it on string in the garden.
