What is everyones favorite Cheese?
I like Norweigan Jarlsberg
French Brie (not that Summerset nonsense)
Swiss Emmenthal
Dutch Gouda
Mozerella (sp?), Goat's cheese, Brie, Camenbert, Edam, Ricotta, Mascarpone, Gruyere.
I'm not feeling very decisive today...
I only eat cheese in cooked dishes. I never eat in raw.
I prefer cooked cheese too.
